Why is staging a good investment when selling my home?

When staged, homes sell quicker and at a higher price, when compared to homes that are not staged. Your home is your biggest investment so get all that it is worth, or more, by staging your home to make it look the best it possibly can to all potential buyers.

Staging Packages/Price List:

1.) Pre-Staging Consultation:

$99.00/hour: 2 hours for average home.

Best to stage before putting your home on the market, but it is still effective afterwords.

I come in with a buyer’s eye. We go from room to room and take before pictures and consult. We take notes and record any repairs or changes needed to make the home sell quicker. My recommendations are meant to make the rooms look larger, cleaner, warmer and more welcoming. From that point, the homeowners complete the list themselves and/or hire contractors as needed for repairs. The consultation recommendations will ultimately present the home at its very best and give buyers positive impressions in every room to make them want to live there.

I am available @ $65.00/hour to help complete the consultation list.

2.) Consultation / Staging Package – After Staging Pictures:

Start @ $599.00

Includes:

• 2 hour Pre-staging Consultation
• One-8 hour day of staging. Staging started once consultation list has been completed.
• Pictures taken after staging is complete, pictures are then emailed to Realtor.

Stages an average 2500 square foot home.

$399.00 for each additional 8-hour day needed.

3.) Consultation / Staging / After Staging Pictures / Set Furniture & Accessories of New Residence:

Start @ Start @$999.00 Includes:

• 2 hour Pre-staging Consultation
• One-8 hour day of staging. Staging started once consultation list has been completed.
• Pictures taken after staging is complete, pictures are then emailed to realtor.
• New residence decorating: 8/hour day to help set location of furniture and accessories in new home after furniture arrives and has been unpacked.

For an average 2500 square foot home.

$399.00 for each additional 8-hour day needed.

4.) Consultation / Staging / After Staging Pictures / Set Furniture & Accessories of New Residence / New Residence Color Consulting:

Start @ $1399.00 Includes:

• 2 hour Pre-staging Consultation
• One-8 hour day of staging. Staging started once consultation list has been completed.
• Pictures taken after staging is complete, pictures are then emailed to Realtor.
• New residence decorating: 8-hour day to help set location of all furniture and accessories in new home after furniture arrives and has been unpacked.
• Additional-8/hour decorating session for your new residence; owner’s choice.

Examples may include, color consultation, new furniture options? Personal Shopper to help you choose an extra piece. Whatever decorating questions you need help with, I will help you turn your new space into a warm inviting place.

Decorating Only/Already In New Residence:

1.) Decorating / Color Consulting: $130.00 for 2 hours

Currently in new residence.

In new residence and need some advice on color, lighting, style, furniture pieces or placement, picture placement, room ideas or dilemmas. I can help.

$65.00/each additional hour

The package price is due in cash/check @ initial consultation in order to reserve your reduced package pricing.
